I've finally gotten moved to Seattle from Iowa, picked out an apartment in West Seattle and started work. I'm looking forward to meeting some fellow stangers up here in the NW.

Welcome to the Great Pacific Northwest

Welcome to the Puget Sound area. You've arrived at a place where Mustangs abound and there are many active groups.
check out Mustang Life Washington Chapter for some get-togethers or go to Pierce County Mustang Club's web site and click on links. You'll find links to clubs in your area. Also the largest Mustang Show in the world is held in July at Bellevue Community College. Last year 1410 cars.

Welcome, West Seattle is a nice place to live, my parents are over there on Alki. Let me know if you need a tour guide of Seattle. I'll be glad to show you around or help you with directions to get somewhere.

Ha! Where I came from, my wipers would be frozen to my windshield until March and there's nothing to look at, rain or shine, summer or winter. This is an upgrade, trust me.

About time you got here. Welcome to the left coast. I moved here from Iowa 3 years ago. Grew up in Cedar Rapids, and lived and worked in Cedar Falls for 10 years. This weather is a joke. I'll take rain anyday over 50 below zero and 6 inches of snow. From May-October the weather can't be beat here. It's beautiful. And NO mosquitos or nats or locusts or humidity either. Gotta luv that.

Awesome, I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. Did you live there long enough to go to high school? I went to Kennedy.

I went to LaSalle (Class of '84) which no longer exists. Xavier tooks it's place out on 42nd ST. It's definitely on the 'spensive side to live here, but I've never regretted moving here. Well, actually when I went looking for a house I did. But besides that, it's still a cool place to live.
