how i can fix stop leak?

Yea, even on my '89 OEM lights, I drilled two very small holes (don't remember the size) on each of the two lower corners of the lights....a day or so in the sun and it cured it.....

although I'm sure it would suck to be drilling on your NEW lights......if they were still BRAND new..I'd probably be asking for a replacement ;-)

I did that and it made mine worse, lol. must have done something wrong, the crap keeps coming back :(

They key is to seal them when you first get them, even before you pull the sticker tab off the hole for the bulb.

If you dont have any silicone around, Electric Tape works pretty good and blends in to the factory rubber that goes with the housing.

It's a problem with the entire overall design of the headlights, OEM or aftermarket. Ford had a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to address customer complaints of condensation inside headlight lenses, but not a whole lot can be done besides what was already mentioned.
