^^^ Lucky

I salvaged some parts I think I could sell quick. Got an Accufab TB/PL perfect condition maybe 10k on them (10k of flowing air lol). Also got a MGW Blue handle shifter. For those who don't know it's the shortest production Mustang shifter ever made and it was only made for a very limited time because MGW wanted to combine their "cruiser" (longer throw) handle with the "sport" (blue handle, shortest) handle and make some compromises and just have a single handle for simplicity. So it's rare and some other stuff I believe. I guess I have to start a selling thread : (

Thanks for all the support guys. I'm just glad because it could have been so much worse in many different ways. Unfortunately it is still bad

Holy Halibut dude!!!! That's crazy!!

I am glad you are ok. Metal can always be replaced. Air bags definitely save lives but I tell people that it is about the same as getting punched at full force by Mike Tyson. If the bear survived he is probably at home right now saying to his friends "You wont believe the ****ing day I just had!".

MAN im glad your ok! The main thing is that you walked away from it. But im sorry to hear about the car...that really sucks . I assume the guard rail did most of the damage???

You know, this really shows not only how fast your life can change....but how fast your life can end.

Time for an 07GT I suppose

That is definately 100% totalled. Get any surviving mods off it if you can.

Sucks man. What you going to get to replace it?

Well I have some good news for you,

1. It wasnt a 40th anniversary mustang. All 04s had the 40th badge on the fender but yours was not a true 40th car. Those where burgandy with beige stripes.

2. You can get a used mustang because they arent sports cars

Seriously sucks about your car man for real, but dont be afraid to buy a used mustang. Check the car out and you will be fine.

Ah no it wasn't a true 40th package, but it had those decals. It's just gone from the accident.

Accufab was 70 mm since it made more power on N/A mustangs.

I realized later that the bear popped my hood and the hood slammed into my windshield because of the bear's weight... because it continued right over my hood onto my roof. If my hood didn't do what it did maybe there would be bear through my windshield? That's a scary thought lol, it was pretty large.

Man I'm glad it was dead because the very last thought on my mind was the bear as I got out.

In our town a lady was driving her Mustang and hit a bull. The bull rolled up on to the hood and through the windshield, killing her.

So yes, you were very lucky it didn't come through the windshield.
