I need a strong adhesive

Im doing a custom ramair job on my hood. All of the parts needed for the ram air induction will be glued to the underside of the hood. Now what I need is an adhesive that is really strong but doesnt dry so hard that it cracks and breaks loose with minor movement. I've only got experiece with one adhesive such as this and it was called PL-400, and I dont know if its suitable for what im doing. Maybe a silicon type???? It wont be holding much wieght btw.

Two-part epoxy...should be able to get it at most hardware stores..

Will the heat effect the glue over time?

JB Weld is some strong stuff.... I've never seen anything stonger, besides metal.

If you need a rigid joint, West Epoxy.

If you need some flex or damping, try 3M 5200 marine adhesive sealant. This fixes all my boat problems, my F150 rear window problems, etc. Should work for that.

2-ton epoxy (we have had some find time with this stuff in the shop).

I thought epoxy dried/cured super hard? Although I doubt it would crack with minor shaking and what not...although maybe adjacent areas that it's glued to could crack?

Get ya a tube of windshield urethane. It will definitely do the trick. I have used it for tons of stuff!

2 ton???? Like 4000lbs? or 2 part?

Lord Fuser products are made for this work.
It dries extremly hard but will not crack, plus it can be sanded.
Lord Fuser has been tested and is stronger than a panel that has been welded on.
