i need advice on control arms

i know nothing about control arms, and when i build my rear end i'm going to have them in stalled. the setup will be most bolt on's, a built rear with 3:73 and a 100 shot with a dyno tune and a flip chip.

anyway, do i need to replace both upper AND lower rear control arms? do i need adjustable ones?
