My uncle has had several loaded hay wagons go up while going down the road. The biggest problem with that is it may take a minute before it lights up so you don't know who did it.
Yeah I remember hay wagons for days all over Mi as I grew up and around Halloween they never went out for a delivery because of the kids trying to start a fire.

You did the right think by tossing it back in his back seat. Friutcake had it comin to him. What year/type Mustang was it?
2001 red GT, Tinted windows, 17 Cobra R's Looked nice and the classic thing was when the smoke came out of the car as the trooper had him behind it I would estimate that he will need a new back seat now.

I hope that moron had leather seats! Here in Florida,it is against the law even to throw an un-lit butt out the window as it is littering.$500 fine if caught.
You wouldn't believe the crap the people do around here.Earlier in the year,it's very dry.Water restrictions galore.There have been numerous times fires had to be put out,on the median at stop lights.You know that small section of grass dividing the opposite direction of traffic.Because idiots throw lit cigarettes onto it.
Once I was driving,and some bastard in front of me tossed his smoke out.It landed on my windshield and got stuck under the wiper blades.It was still lit..................The nerve of some people!
