I ordered a Vortech S-trim....I need help with this.

Ok. I was reading somewhere that the FMUs that come with the Vortechs are calibrated for 19lb injectors...but I have 24lb injectors. I am not sure if it comes calibrated for 24s or not. Does anyone know this and if it does come calibrated for 19s is this something that I can do? Can I calibrate it myself? Sorry this will be my first SC install and I am just trying to cover all my bases. I am trying to tackle this thing with full armor......and help would be nice........thanks

if you are running an S with your combo you will need some 36's not 24's

You can get a 8:1 calibration disc for the 24lb injectors.
Check out superchargersonline.
However, you should run 42lb injectors and get it to the dyno for a tune.

I know I should get 42s but right now I cant...it is not in my budget...I bought my supercharger from superchargersonline.com, and my question was does the FMU come with the disc for 24s if not what does it come with????????

it comes "calibrated" for 19s, i think its 10:1 ( might be 12) duno

but if you want you can just leave it how it is. under boost it would be a little richer isnt really a bad thing, should keep things a little safer until you get it all up and running and halfway dialed in.

19lb injectors need 12:1 disc.
With the 24lbers he will be really rich under boost using the FMU that Vortec supplies with their kit.

He should just get the 8:1 disc from SConline.

another quick question...I just got my isolator for my fuel pressure gauge but it only comes with the braided hose from the gauge to the Isolator...do they make a hose kit or something to run from the Isolator to the strater (spelling issue lol) I know it would need some sort of fitting to fit it into the strater valve???
