I raced a Yellow Paxton Supercharged Stang in TX

Last night about 3 AM on 635 going west bound. I was just looking and the nice looking great sounding stang punched it at about 70-75 mph. I said screw it and dropped my 05 GT down to 4 and I could walk away from him at will. He gave up around 120 since there was no way he could catch me. I'm sure he was geared for the 1/4 mile hence no top end. I had plenty of power left at 120 MHP only pulling 4000 RPMs. The power peaks at 4500 and I still had another gear left!

Oh yeah, my GT is stock for now.

Regardless of what happened, if you did race him don't post his license plate info on the net

Well, he didn't say if it was a Mustang GT. I could see a stock GT giving a supercharged V6 a good run.

So are you mad because you are full of s#$* or are you from a dysfunctional family? If you want 760-MPH to go and F$%K himself, then why did you edit your post? Stupid noob.

Doesn't matter if you have 1000 horsepower with out the correct gears a number of cars could out run it on the top end. It was still fun though having the upper hand even if it was on the top end. Yeah i bet he would leave me at the starting line if it was a drag race.

Not full of crap, & dysfunctional fits, edit was made just in case you were going to look the owner up and stalk them. I posted it cause it's a cool plate & public information. Not sure if it ws factory car or not. It was a gt.

PS.

Unless you truly feel that this has some form of technical merit, might I suggest you read the sticky notes on the top of the forum.

I personally like the "Forum Rules" (no foul language) and that this is now the "tech forum and we have a new forum for this type of subject which is where this thread is being moved.

Funny,

Everyone complains and loads my email up with reported posts when I am not here, then complains when I am here.

Guess I can't please all of the people all of the time.

I'm not complaining. I think you do a good job at making this forum nice to visit. If I had the power of the ban-o-matic, I would probably use it more than you do......I might even ban myself for some of the things I've said. Anyway, rock on my man.

so you are saying that from a 70-75 mph roll you could take my mach1 since I have 4.10 gears and no top end.

Plus the 05s are not known for brutal "top end".
