I love those things, I would sell all three of my cars to get one, and stock at that, but ive drove one with a tune, smaller pulley cold air and exhaust, supposedly like 420rwhp and over 500ft.

man that thing was fun had no problem smoking the tires from a 35-40 roll...

the prices are coming down as well, I really want to get my car done and try and put money torwards one..

I like to notch alot but its in good hands now, I sold it for $2,500
I love the truck, and I was looking a mods the first day I got it home.
I was looking a 1994 Lightning but the deal did not work out and found this truck and I glad I did.

Bill, I saw your name on the thread in the menu of forums and almost crapped my pants. I would have slapped you if you sold your car lol.

Thats a real nice truck, theres one that runs at my local track with the y2k cobra bumper and hood and the wing on the back with black wheels and it is sooo nice. The only thing I would say about yours is get a slightly larger tire. Also, why did you sell your notch for so cheap? And if you dont mind me asking, what did you pay for your lightning?

I could not give that car away no one would even talk to me about it. I had it $$ at $3,200 for along time then came down to $2,500. the car was just a AOD every one was looking for a 5-speed car (I had a t-5 I would let them have if they would buy the car) I gave $9,300 for the truck I picked it up with damage to the front, and fix it myself.

Nice lightning man. I love the color.

I just did a similar thing today. I traded in my 99 ranger and bought a DSG 03 lighting. I'll be making a thread about it later.

I'm not even in the market and I would have probably given you $2500 for it as long as it was solid.

Damn man. Thats super cheap.

Nice L, but I'm more of a Stang guy than a truck guy myself.

yea 2500 was a steal for that car, but that trucks pretty sweet and it sounds like you got a pretty killer deal on it anyways.

Why the hell can't I find deals like that around here.

A fox for $2500 around here will get you primer and rust, usually a vert and no 5 lug or gears.
