I took the door panel off the other day and started making sure all the plugs/connections were ok. Everytime I would mess with something I would push the window button, nothing would happen.
So I decided it was the motor. I reached back there to see if I could tap it with something maybe it would start working. NO.
I grabbed it, and it was freakin' HOT!!! It had not worked in a week. That tells me it was in a bind. Only when I took the three attaching bolts out, then hit the button it worked, it spun and then bell to the bottom of the door. I made a small adjustment in the alignment of the regulator in the hopes that it would get bound up again, and it has worked fine since then.
