i want a cobra! :)

hey guys, i am trying to close a deal on a cobra out in puyallup. its a 96 cobra (red) that is immaculate inside and out. the previous owner babied it the whole time and it only has 36k miles on it. after doing some research, the car comes out to $13k which is exactly what the dealer is offering me. i really want to jump on this deal for this cobra and sell my 5.0 for it. i am not very confident they will take my stang with all the mods done to it (for a trade-in) but at the same time im not sure how much it would be worth. i bought the car for $5k and i would hope to get in the $5k-6k region for it to a private seller.

would any of u guys know anyone else who is selling a cobra? i have an interest in a 4.6L one and not the 5.0 ones. i want to change it up and give something new a shot!

Medic, try autotrader.com. That's how I found mine. $13K seems like an awful lot to pay for a 96 Cobra. I'm sure you can find one cheaper than that. Especially if you go with a private individual. Which dealer has it?

13K is pretty good for that many miles, not awesome, but good, you can find them closer to 11-12K with that miles, I've even seen low mileage 96 Cobras go for 9K, but it's it's in great shape, and that low miles from a dealership.....that's awesome.

yeah i priced it through KBB as dealer resale and it came out to $13,200. the dealership that owns it is milam mazda in puyallup.
i am considering this cobra but i am looking at others first before this one. this particular cobra is on autotrader if you look for it. its red with 36k miles on it i believe.

Is John Paul still selling his '97 Cobra? I thought he had it very resonably priced with less the 80K on the odometer. SVT Driver is his screen name.

Now that I think of it Toddzillia was looking to sell his white '95 with some very tastful mods which includes an IRS converstion.

Yeah I am still looking at selling mine. For whatever is left oweing when I can pickup an 05. But since there has been no real date for them being available (Could be as late as November before I could get one). I have not "officially put it up for sale.
