Im planning on getting a zex wet kit for my 2v gt. I was wondering what supporting mods I would need to get to safely run a 125 shot. I know "125 shot" and "safely" probably dont belong in the same sentence, but i dont care, please recommend any mod that will keep my motor running at its safest. I grew up on fast and the furious and need for speed, and both have instilled in me a deep fear of blowing my engine. my current mods are in my sig. thanks

EDIT: I know i already posted this in the power adder sub forum, but that section is dead, 0 replies.

Obviously you'll want to start out with a lower pill to begin with (75) and work from there. Do you have any intention of getting a programmer of any sort? A tune would be nice for the nitrous however some basics will be a window switch, some colder spark plugs (I ran the tr6s when I was spraying in the past, though others will chime in if you need the tr55s).

The Zex kits do look nice, however, you'll hear alot of suggestions for NX

You should care unless you got $$$$ laying around to spend on a new motor. You need a TC window switch, bottle heater, #82071 zex plugs and a proffessional tune. Start with the 75 and go from there. With your mods I wouldn't go past 100 shot. Make sure you pick up a pressure gauge for your bottle.

I run a zex kit. Started at a 75 shot, went to a 100, and now I'm at a 125. I would get an svt focus fuel pump to be safe ($100 on ebay) a window switch, NGK TR6 plugs are fine, and either a programmer to pull some timing or have it tuned by someone. But I would start with the 75 shot. You can add a purge and a bottle heater but they really aren't needed. They just make the system work better.
