IAC??

ever since i have owned my car since early 2005 my car (auto) has had really sloppy shifts. not every time, but usually when i first start leave in the morning and only the first start of the day when it shifts into second it jerks and then hesitates until i come to a stop and let the rpms dip, while the car jerks forward, and then once its warmed up usually whenever it goes into over drive from third it does it shifts like youre driving a stick and dont know how to smoothly let the clutch out. ive tried cleaning my iac 2 times now and my maf but still it does this. what do you guys think?

i was planning on it. just wondering if anything else could be involved. prolly just a cowincidence but since ive switched back from 89 octance to 87, it has rougher shifts. i dunno prolly not related, but its somethin ive noticed.
