Ideal A/F for NA? How much did you gain by leaning it out?

like the title says, i am trying to drop Kevins ET just a bit and hes running 12-13 from 3000rpms-on. I think that if we drop the FP a bit, to a few PSI less, it could help his ETs and get what he wants out of the car.
Isnt ideal for NA like 13.0:1 or 12.5:1 best for NA?
