nosmatt Founding Member Oct 13, 2000 1,356 0 37 Bass Lake, Ca Oct 21, 2005 #3 Oct 21, 2005 #3 only accurate if you have a GOOD wideband......those standard widebands and guages are not accurate, or even fast enough to tune with,... that being said, your question has MANY correct answers. for N/A, shoot for 12.9-13.5 at WOT. for some heads, you can go as lean as 15:1-16:1 at cruise, low load.......but shoot for no richer than 13.5:1 IMHO you have anywhere from light throttle, to wide open........ and we have not even talked about naturally aspirated, or forced induction, or nitrous yet.......

For part throttle cruise my car is usually between 14-15.5. I use an anderson PMS and a GOOD datalogging wideband.
