has anyone here used or have the mosaleen idler pully i have the chicane 66mm pully and only seeing 7lbs of boost shouldnt i be seeing more???

I was one of the first people to use it. Your main problem is you got belt slip..thats why your only seeing about 7psi...you should see more like 9/10psi. Use a 112.5inch gatorback with the idler pulley and you'll be good to go. I got increased hp and very very noticable better throttle response. Every single saleen with a blower should have this mod, stock or modified

My Series 1 reaches 7-8 lbs with the stock pulley. I have been thinking about getting one myself if for anything, to keep the belt from potential contact with the upper radiator hose.

I have one sitting in my trunk. I will be installing it when I get my tune. I will let you guys know how it works out. The one thing I know is that he is a good guy, and is willing to answer ANY questions you might have. He knows his Saleens. Also, the product is first rate.

Use a 112.5inch gatorback with the idler pulley and you'll be good to go.

well im not sure what belt my guy put on my car but i know it was replaced how can i tell???...but im still only seeing 7lbs

You might want to call Scott and ask him about the boost numbers. I know of others that have used the pully and have had gains in the boost..

you have belt slip....buy a 112inch goodyear gatorback belt...and you'll see another lbs or 2. With the pulley you'll probably see another pound, but the big gain is gonna be maintaining boost instead of it falling off up top with belt slip

A goodyear gatorback belt from summit is only like 32 bucks...if it came down to it.
