Those are the eibach pro-kit springs are they black? they should be sportlines are red and drag launch springs are blue and the pro kit are black. the 301's are the front and the 302's are the rears if I remember correctly.
front is about 1.2 inches and I'm not sure about the rear? Just asked a boudy and he said his dropped about an inch and a half over all. thats with poly isolators. Are you going to put them on the red stang in your avatar, if so take a before and after pic, I need some new springs and can't make my mind up.
