With the key on but the car not started I hear the IAC clicking every 9-10 seconds. (I timed it). I have change the frequency and it still does it. After a while the IAC is hot. Any ideas
Then I can only assume that this is inconsequential.. are you doing anything in the tune during this time or do you often let the car sit in a koeo state? I hope your wideband are not on during this times it's bad for them.

I only leave it on KOEO while im messing around with the lap top. the wideband is hooked up to the switch power so yes they are on. I usually turn the key on and wait about 30 second for the wide band to warm up them start the car. during that time i hear the IAC valve clicking
