idling rough ...grrr

hey guys do you know what the problem is when your car is idling rougher than usual, i have no idea why it just started all of a sudden, damn. also i am trying to replace my window motors but the thing that sits in front of them is riveted on, how do i replace them if they have a riveted panel in front of them

If you are talking about a Fox Mustang, remove the door speaker first. Then there are 3 bolts holding the motor in. Remove those and the motor will come right out through the speaker hole.
As for the rough idle, it could be any number of things. Pull your codes first and go from there. Also do a search on rough idle.

Dump the codes and see what the computer says is wrong…

Here's the link to dump the computer codes with only a jumper wire or paper clip and the check engine light, or test light or voltmeter. I’ve used it for years, and it works great.

For the rough idle, i'd first try cleaning your IAB with a can of carb cleaner. Only takes a couple minutes, and you can re-use the old gasket.
