Ignition/ Electrical Problem Help

I ham having a problem with my ignition and electrical. I just replaces the 200 in my stang with a 289, but i am not getting any spark and my ignition switch dont work. It will start work if I jump the soiloniod but It still doesn't have any spark. I replaced the underdash harness in mt stang and I am sure I got the wiring of the ingnition switch right if I got any of the orther wiring worng will it affect if my car starts or not. Help me

timing 180 degrees off?
double check that new harness.

yes it will if the solenoid isnt at least clicking then the wiring is wrong
are you sure that the wiring is correct? did you take any wires off the solenoid?

the siloniod clicks when I by pass the igniton switch. When I turn the key nothing happens.

did you take any wires off of the starter solenoid?

clicking? check your grounds, at every connection. (battery cables, both ends)
