This is kinda weird, but I think the problem is the ignition. If I start the car and leave the key where it's at, my blinkers won't work, turn it back a little bit and they work. If I turn it back too far, when I push the clutch in, the radio power cuts for a sec. Turn it back forward a little bit to get it between the two extremes and it works fine.

What the heck is going on here? It sucks having to get your freaking key in the right position so your stuff will work. I actually was fixing it so my blinker would work the other day and turned it off

Any ideas why this is happening. What parts are involved? What do you think this will set me back? I'll do the labor myself...

Sounds like the ignition switch needs to be replaced. There was a recall on these switches, so have your local Ford dealer check your VIN. If it hasn't been replaced under the recall, they will do it free. If they won't do it, the part is only like $12 from the Ford dealer. You can change it out yourself in about 30 minutes, but you need a tamper proof torx bit (T-27 I think) to remove/replace the mounting screws.

this would be my guess too. radio and blinkers are two things that go south with a bad switch.

good luck.
