Ignition Wiring question

<!-- message --> <!-- google_ad_section_start --> ok So I'm installing a Painless wiring harness with the addition of an MSD box and a 3G alternator and the wiring diagrams that Painless has provided. I have come to a sort of idea of how this works. I'm attaching the diagram with some sections highlighted.

I think the yellow highlighted sections I can just leave out of the setup because they do not need to be used.

The thing is I'm wondering where the red highlighted item goes if that is the case.

Hopefully someone has some ideas cause I wanna finish installing the harness tonight. It's a pretty solid weekend project to install one of these chassis harnesses but it's actually quite easy. Just tedious. Thanks for any help wiring people.

Does the 3G alternator eliminate the need for a charge circuit? Why would you not need the stuff you've highlighted in yellow?

I've figured out it needs to be hooked up to the battery side of the solenoid beause it needs constant voltage. I'm still trying to figure out all the yellow highlighted wires to see where they go.
