I would like to get some l/t headers right now instead of the cam. Should I wait to get both so it will be easier install. If it would save alot of time to do while putting in cam I'll just wait. But if it makes no difference then I'll just go ahead and order headers. What ya think?

Headers will make it sound better.

Cams will make it go faster AND sound better.

So IMHO cams > headers.

Both are very difficult to install.

So youre saying that you wont gain any power from longtubes or are they just for sound?

I did not say that, I implied it...

I would say that you would def gain more power from cams...

Do cams (ex. Stage 1) make more power on the middle and top end or low and middle end of the power band?

Stage ones are more 2000-5500 for power band.. so I guess its more low - mid, the stage 2's are the mid - high.

I would say it doesn't matter about doing them at the same time.. just do them BOTH! lol LT's compliment cams NICELY! But I did my LT's first and there's different power in them, not as much in cams though

do your headers first, because you will need a tune after your cams.

I wouldn't say installing the headers was really difficult, just more tedius than anything.
