info on how to replace hatch window.

I am getting my car painted and we propped my hatch open and i came back the next day and the glass came completley off the hatch. It did not break but i was wondering if any of you guys have ever or know how to replace it. What type of sealent or what ever should i get and do you guys recomend i do it or let a pro. I am not a retard and i installed the heads on my car if that helps. they wanted 65 to install at the glassdoctor.
