I went out to pull the codes from my car, after 3 turns on KOEO tests I went to crank the car over and it won't start. Usually when I turn to the start posistion it springs back after it hits the striker. Well not this time, I turn it the car turns to on posistion I hear the fuel pump turn on. I can only start the car by jumping the starter soliniod. My problem is how to remove the the tumbler assembly so I can see what isn't working. There are these two hollow screws that are threaded in the middle, is there a tool I need to remove these?
