You'll have to get the computer programed for 24# injectors, and the MAF for 19# injectors... or you can just buy a new Pro-M allready calibrated for 24# injectors. If it was me... I'd go for the new MAF instead of the computer

You have five basic options.

option #1

Buy a new mass air flow meter that is calibrated for 24lb injectors. Most people recomend ProM.

option #2

Buy a '94-95 Cobra computer that is calibrated to use the OEM mass air flow meter with 24 lb injectors.

option #3

Buy one of the mass air flow calibrators like a ProM remote optimizer. This will change the calibration of your stock meter, but it won't be as close or reliable as a new maf.

option #4

Buy a tuning device like a Tweecer that will allow you to essentially turn your EECIV in to a programable fuel injection system. This will allow you to use your stock MAF with those injectors. Warning, it isn't plug and play, you need to know what you are doing.

option #5

Get a custom chip burned for your car. This does the same thing as the tweecer, but you only have one chance to get it right, unless you want to pay for more dyno time and a new burn. On the other hand, it's almost fool proof if the tuner knows what he is doing.

Any of those options will be pretty expensive unless you find a used remote optimizer cheap.

Unless 19lb injectors do not deliver enough fuel for you, switching to 24lb will not give you any performance increase. I would not do it unless you need to because all of those changes have the potential to screw up your car.

Stock injectors are good for about 300 hp at the fly wheel which translates to about 255 at the wheels. Usually it takes more than the normal bolt on's to get to that level.

If you have heads then its a good idea to get some bigger injectors and dont listen to summit on that one. I'd go ahead and order a Pro-M 80mm calibrated for 24# injectors while your at it. Its either that or get your computer reprogramed for the 24# injectors, or get the cobra computer like stated above.
