input shaft on t5

can someone tell me a place where i can get an input shaft for my t5 it is bent i think the hole car shakes after 55mph and any possable upgrades

Hanlon motorsports or your local transmission supply house. We have a place here called Lester's Gears...just about everything that has to do with transmissions (manual and automatic) in stock.

Loacl Ford dealer is a possibility

WHy do you think the input shaft is to blame for the whole car shaking at 55MPH??

I've never seen a bent input shaft. I could list a bunch of other things i would suspect before an input shaft as to the cause of the vibration

sorry been away working on it for a while because after the problem started it was after a hugh burn out and something wasent right i thought it was the rear end so i replaced the pose ring and pinion iner and outer bearings so that elimitated that i took the drive shaft to a aamco they spun it and told me it was balencend and fine all moter and trans mounts are good and new bearnings in front also perfect alinment i told all that to guy at aamco and he said it a possable cause would be bent input shaft but i would love some other ideas and how to check them

Did you check the tires??

A burnout could have damaged one of the belts which can screw up the balance of the wheel.

i need a bigger list. The tires on back and front have been replaced twice since this started. so i hope not next thing
