As long as it's the right one for your car iy should bolt right up. You might need o2 extensions for the front sensors(I did with my BBK). A new passenger side exhaust flange gasket isn't a bad idea either depending on the mileage of your car. You'll either need Mil eliminators for the rear if it's an O/R pipe, unless you get your chip re-programmed. Other than that you should be all set.
sweet thanks its an 03 gt, and its an o/r X the shop gave me a hard time about putting it in, so I have to do it then getting the headers and cat-back all installed (all bassani).

Car only has 13k on it, not to bad Ive had it for 2 years now and its been from NC-NY and back 3 times. It's just going to be like that for a few days then dropping it off at the shop to have the headers and cat-back installed. Hopefully
