Mouting will depend upon the length of capillary tube - if it is 6', you are a little limited. I put mine in the stock temp sender location and relo'd the stock sender to the rear port on the driver-side lower intake. Good luck.

Click to expand... I prefer mechanical because they generally have a greater needle sweep and are not as likely to fall dependant upon charging system fluctuations.
