At least put them in place, don't have them secured yet but I see how they go. They are nice, and worth thier price. I will have to say though they are typical aftermarket restoration items. The holes are not drilled for the screws, and they curve too sharply near the front and don't quite extend as far athe originals, but maby by a 1/8th inch. Originals are no longer made and near impossible to find in decent shape. Besides that they go in place perfectly.

My originals desinigrated in the middle and when I took them off they fell apart and so I never put them back on. I got the black aftermarket even though my originals were red, I think the black looks better. If I had a digital camera I would post pics, but take my word for it, they are nice, but not perfect.

Just thought I would share this with everyone.

Yeah I got some armrest pads from 50resto...like you said there isn't any holes for it...I tried just sitting them on there but they just don't look right sitting there...I wish I could get some OEM's...Does anyone sell complete armrest and pad assembly? Any tips on how to get them to stay on there and look like it...??

I saw some 86 armrests on ebay the other day....I'm sure they probably have some to fit a 90 as well. Even if they are the wrong color, there are several good vinyl dyes that could change them to whatever color you want.

Hey 90MustangGT, what did you do with your originals? I'm about to install a roll bar and need an extra set to modify to fit with the door bars.....condition doesn't matter. I have black interior and am not going to hack up the originals.
You probably trashed them, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Thanks!
