I installed the speedhut overlays last night. Overall the installation was easy and I'm happy with the final product. I wanted a clean factory look, similar to the SVT. What do you guys think?

I haven't put them in the car yet but like a true car guy I brought an old car battery in the house (the wife thinks I'm nuts) and tired them but I didn't take any pics as I had my hands full holding the wires on the terminals They looked amazing, I'll try to get pics soon

The wife had a Mary Kay party today so I cleaned up the workshop and took some more pics in the dark. The camera didn't do it justice because when it gets bright the camera looses focus. You get the idea anyway.

I went with the inverter upgrade. It has a switch on both sides, one to change from Blue to Green the other to adjust brightness

Those do look really good. If I had a GT, I would certainly do that.

how did you order them so that they didn't have the speedhut logo on them?

the plastic cover just un-screws and comes off. no dremel needed.

If you call Speedhut they will delete their logo for a fee of $10. As far as the install goes, it is not hard, you just have to take your time. You do have to remove a small piece from the top edge of the plastic cover to allow for the power wire. Here are a few more pics.
