Yeah I know.. if I had an impact wrench and could get the damn alternator pulley off I'd polish it up.

Alt pulley isnt aluminum so it wont polish out to much.. fresh paint bout as good as thats gonna get or get something aftermarket. The steering pulley looks good... I just took my stock pulley and had it chrome dipped... its a lot easier to clean up.

Digging up an old thread, but what is the cost and source of that pulley? I also need to check compatibility with my '92 5.0....

Hey Rel,
What kind of radiator is that? Nice pullies by the way. I'll be sending some cash flow their direction as soon as I get my cooling problem under control.

I have had wear problems with that idler pully though. I bought both the idler and PS pulley and love the look over stock. But the wear on the idler is getting so bad that I will have to replace it because it squeels now. I have had my pullies for about a year + now and love them. They are a biznatch to polish (clean up) though when they get nasty or get crap on them! I still would never switch back to steel. I would rather buy a new set then go back to the ugly steel.

Looks good man. You could prob put some aftermarket underdrives in aluminum to change your alt pulley.

Is it the bearing that is squealing? You can get another bearing from him.
