So I am buying new headers and I am worried about taking off my old headers on my 93 Cobra they're really rusty and wont budge I am honestly scared of breaking them off. Is there any good sprays that can help losen them up beside stuff like wd40.... any that are best with rust? Sorry if this seems dumb I just don't wanna snap a bolt and be in alot of trouble since this car is my daily driver and I wanted to do this all in 1 day.

That must be a favorite of us North Idaho boys! PB Blaster has worked well for me too on rusted exhaust bolts. You just have to give it some time to penetrate.

Haha I think I know where you are located.. I deliver in Post Falls so drive all over the place. Do you live behind Good Times Tavern? If so you have probably the nicest car I have seen so far in the area

soak it down and a friday night, wake up spray them down again, eat b-fast put some gloves on and go at them. If you really cant get one to budge and you can get a small propane torch on it thats what I would, heat it up

spray it down then take it for a drive so it gets good and hot. you will have a smoke show so be prepared. once you return remove them while the engine is warm.
