installing PI intake

i got the intake and the gasket kit thru summit, what kind of gasket sealer should I use, and does anyone have any idea of what I torque that thing down to? gracias

i would use the edlebrock gascacinch sealer, it works great, and comes off clean if you ever do any more work.

I believe the torque specs are 15-22lbs...i just used RTV myself, works either way though.

Good site...excellent how-to there. I just used RTV on mine also.

+1 for RTV. I also used the NPI gaskets

thanks for the help, i noticed that on the top of my cylinder head looks like it got warped. Anyone else know of that?

I used permatex for my manifold swap, works great. About the warped cylinder head, that could be a problem down the road, might want to take it out and have a machine shop inspect the damage
