Anybody had a problem with running the Speed Cal harness under the inner boot plate? I'm a little concerned doing this because I don't see how it will still seal with the harness between the boot mounting plate and the car sheet metal. Or am I being paranoid?

i thinnk it is over the inner boot plate. my speed cal is just under my outer boot on the right side. the shifter on stang are angled toward the driver anyway, so it fits fine. i dont see how it could fit under the plate

edit:oh, you meant just the harness?? yeah, it fits fine. youre just being paranoid

Not sure about you guys, but after not being able to find a way to install it WITHOUT pinching any of the wires I decided to cut a notch. I used a piece of rubber hose to make a seal and it worked out great.
