Bolt it on using two new gaskets and the longer bolts it should have come with. It goes between the IAC motor and the Throttle body. Then adjust idle by turning in or out the small two allen headed screws. If I remember right, out let in more air, faster idle and in closed off air, for lower idle. I put one on mine years ago and it help with surging idle some but not all. Good Luck.
