Does anybody know if the green light that comes on as the standard default on the instrument panel can be changed to the white light thats come on when the your light switch is off?

I personally like the white light better. I do not have the option of changing to multiple colors (as some obviously do) and wonder if possibly I am missing something in the manual. Otherwise, I am sure something aftermarket-wise will probably turn up in the future.

Sorry to see that thread die out. Looks like that Faber guy did some serious investigating...

from all the wire diagrams i have it looks like the switch wire he was talking about is to light up the switch. the smart box looks like it sends info to the modual that changes the color. i dont think it can be done. best bet is to upgrade the cluster.

The Interior Upgrade package option (the color dash display) was $450 and well worth it.
