Intake bolt help

So somehow today when i was TQ down my lower intake,i pulled the threads out of my AFR heads on one hole?! I was only at 15 LBS when it happened.So i need to know what size the bolt is so i can hellia coil it?I was thinking it's a 5/16 or 1/4" bolt threads?Peace

I would do studs,but either way I need to fix the threads. Plus I have ARP bolts now.peace
