Sorry if this has already been addressed but I didn't find the answers in this forum when I searched.... anyway long story short I have a 2004 GT that I'm tired of replacing plastic intakes... I was told that the edelbrock v. Jr. Was the way to go... asked salesman. What all was required to swap intakes & was told all I needed was the new Intake & the edelbrock fuel rail kit " everything else will transfer to the new intake, so I ordered it. Pulled the old intake & right away I notice that the throttle body will not blotto the new Intake.. also the "fuel rail kit" Infosys on "kit" only includes 2 rails & a few bolts, no hoses or fittings & no way to attach the fuel pressure sensor that is in the factory rail.. my question is ....
1. What elbow & throttle body do I need?
2. Will it ^^^ fit under a stock hood?
3. What hose /fitting kit do I need & how to attach fuel pressure sensor or does it get deleted?
4. Do I have to delete the IAC & everything else on the throttle body? Most pics on the web don't show anything on the throttle body..
Really wasn't trying to build another race car but it looks like its heading that direction... This is my daily & just wanted to get away from the plastic intake!
Thanks in advance & sorry to be so long winded...
P.S. I new to modular engines ... I come from the 302 - 351 Windsor World!

This is one of the pics saw where it appears that some sensors may have been deleted..looks nice but looks like it will require a cowl hood also.u 5'9

You sure you have the right intake? I have the Victor Jr and everything bolted up fine.

The picture you have above of another car has a spacer between the plenum and the intake manifold. Not sure what kind of setup they have since I don't see the IAC. Mine has all the stock placements except the pollution control stuff is deleted.
