Yes you need the tool. You can get it at auto zone pep boys etc. But if you dont have it take out the four bolts connecting the fuel rail to the intake and carefully lift up on the base of the injectors for all eight. what you want is the injectors still on the rail and off the intake. after that try to put it out of the way good luck.....
