Intake

You probably can get more peak power from a different intake, but whether or not that translates into a faster car, may be up to experimentation. If the car runs well now, and makes for a good street car, i wouldn't change it.

Well, I had the Trick Flow street series intake making 473rwhp at 7psi. I changed to the TFS R series and i can tell you is a 20hp to 25hp difference, the car revs faster. I think you will benefit if you change to it. The only bad thing is that when i got mine last month the Black finish upper and the Silver upper were on back order until late March, so i ended up with the Non-Powercoated one, and i am happy with it.

I wouldn't recommend the R intake for your set-up, especially if it's a street car. You might make a few more HP on the top end, but it won't be worth the amount of low end torque you will lose. The TFS R is really a high RPM intake, and is better suited on a stroker or a very high RPM motor. Just my opinion.

O.K wait a minute, first of all, what kind of horsepower are you hitting at this time. A Track Heated intake might be what you are looking for and since you have a Super Charger don't go anything less than the Trick Heated one.
