Interchangeability Question

Wondering if the :starter, alternator parking brake ass'y and hydroboost ass'y with pump from a 1998 Cobra will fit on a 2002 GT AT.

Try this. Go to Car-part.com and search for the part in question. This will bring up a list of salvage yards in your area. But this will also produce a list of other "applications" from which the part can be "interchanged" with. This should work with many different parts.

Another tick is to look up the replacement part on an autoparts store web site by the car's make/model/year. Do this for both combinations. IF the part number is the same then you will know that the part will work in both applications.

Starter yes, Alternator no, hdyroboost yes, Parking brake stuff "should" be 94-04 but it could be 94-98. The handles will be different colors but should function the same (black vs charcoal)

Cool thanks! I got the the alt. and starter figured out, but the booster is good news(that doesn't include the pump bolting up does it?). I will hold onto the parking brake just in case.Want to keep the parts that fit the GT as backup's and sell the rest.

The power steering pumps are interchangeable if that's what you're asking.
