Whats up, My girlfriends 95 gt has a small problem. When the fan or the ac is turned on it just blows all the air out of the defroster vent on top of the dash. I think it could be some valve but I dont know ? Please help !
Its is probably the small vacum line that is under the hood. It is like 1/8" and starts out at the vacum tree by the drivers side firewall and goes across the firewall. Check that and make sure it is not loose/broken.
I had the same problem. The vacuum tree is mounted near the firewall, on the drivers side inner fender. The vacuum line is broken somewhere.
When I was doing my clutch, I loosened my smog tube (long story), and broke the vacuum line. As soon as I repaired the vacuum line, the problem went away.

Wystang and Mo are right. Look at the pass side fire wall near the heater core hoses to find that thin vacuum line. There is a connector piece for that hose around the back of the intake. The area around the connector piece is a common place for those things cracking ( although it could be anywhere). You could tape it for now, then fix it depending on the site. If it is close enough to the connector, you can just get a new connector and trim the hose where it is cut. If it's near the middle of the hose, you'll have to get a new one.
You should have done a search for this topic..it's all over the place.
