I replaced my cluster, which became quite the job when I had to re-pin the connectors.
I also changed the steering wheel and since I have the GT bumper, I added a new headlight switch with fog lights. Everything works!! I surprise myself sometimes.

Nice car man. I would keep your stock parts. I just sold a early 80's speed on Ebay, and it didn't bring enough money worth selling....I gave it away for shipping. Just stock pile the stuff.

beautiful notch!!! though I must say, I don't like the ford tempo interior at all. those newer mustang interiors are NOT the look of a true fox muscle car. IMO, the early interiors are much more tuned to the look for the rest of the car, and look a whole lot meaner.

VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!! What size rims and tires do you have on the rear?? I have an 86 too and I am really digging the rears on yours!!! Awesome car man and way to represent the 4 eyes.

Thanks! I have 17x9's on the rear with 275/40 tires. No rubbing and I still have the quad shocks in place.
