Interior Paint??

I have used the vinyl paint on the center console with good results. I haven't tried it on the soft upholstery parts.

I have used interior paints before: The finished product (quality / durability) has a lot to do with preperation. Make sure you clean the panels with soapy water (not too much soap.) Then prep them with alcohol to make sure they are 100% clean. Mask off what you don't want painted and go to town with the spray can.

Did my interior with dupli color vinyl dye/fabric about $5 can, but you MUST use the dupli prep adhesive spray $5. Got everything at Autozone. It's all about prep, wash parts with dish soap and scrub, then dry and use rubbing alcohol to get rest off. Then spray prep adhesive, allow to dry overnight then hit it with the dye paint. Good stuff. Doesn't chip or scratch. I even bent/twisted the dash pad, still didn't chip or crack. Good stuff!! Never used on fabric though.

Thanks guys. I dont really need to use it on fabric. I mostly need it for armrests and door panel speaker grills. Now 5.0 Resto lists a Vinyl and Laquer spray paint. I take it the Vinyl would be for the armrests and the Laquer would be for the hard stuff like speaker grills and kick panels?
