Is Anyone Running Aftermarket Coils??

In my opinion there is no bigger waste of money as far as modifications go. You will not get any appreciable horsepower increase, and in my personal experience they are more likely to fail than the factory coils. Save your money for something else.

I have to agree. Best to stick with OEM coils.

I've not heard of too many problems with OEM coils, but I've read many threads about problems with after market coils. YMMV.

My tuner said they were all junk....he even had some fail while on Dyno. Stick with factory coils.

Mustagmike, you may want to read the coil article on Stangtv. There are some interesting claims, 10HP increase and on coil claimed 6000volt output. Im not condoing anythig but it does some research.
