Not really! As it doesn't really relate to it! You need bumpsteer kit if you lower the car which in turn changes the tierod angle from the rack relative to the lower control arm which would increase bumpsteer thus the need for a bumpsteer kit.

yea i have c/o and my car is pretty slammed.. i dont have a bumpsteer kit and i think its fine.. maybe just me though lol
