btw I only have liability insurance on my car since the title says its a 4cyl with 180,000 miles worth $600. (cheaper for taxes) .I asked my State Farm agent about my situation and told her I have a car thats really an LX now with 75k miles worth roughly 5G....she said they dont care in my case. I wanted to get my stang appraised and get full coverage insurance but my agent even told me she thinks its not worth it for me since theyd consider my car a kid killer and my rates would be pretty high.

I was told basically the same thing by Progressive. As long as its only liability they are really just insuring your driving and its basically the same for any mustang regardless of engine/tranny. The car's image is mostly what difines the insurance.

Now if I wanted full coverage I would have to cover it as a custume car, which is ridiculusly expensive.

as far as insurance goes dont sweat it , they screw people enough as it is so you might as well get them back somewhere

From what I remeber about PA is that you have to replace the motor with one of the same year or newer .... can't put a 92 motor in a 93 car.

i have state farm up here in NH and im only 19 and when i had the stang insured for full coverage i was paying i think 225 a month for 100/300/100. But i took it off now because its sitting in my garage being worked on and its an arizona car so i dont drive it in the winter. Plus my bike and my other car are on there and thats a huge bill a month.
