I am starting to notice alot people selling off there stangs.......it makes me sad

When my 99 got totaled back in May, I thought I should probably get
some V6 or something that gets more MPG, so I go out looking at some
used car lots, drove a couple of V6 Honda's Then I went to Nissan
drove a V6 Altima Then I jump back into my Taurus rent car which
was getting worse MPG than my 99 and I relized that I wanted another
Stang for these reasons........
Fun to drive, looks good, fast, gets better mpg than most V6's,
easy to work on, aftermarket parts are plentifull, Best Bang for the buck!
Next day Im driving home my 04 screamin yellow GT, oh yeah............

I was going to, but I decided to buy a blower, an A-Pillar, some guages, raptor shift light and an in-dash DVD player instead. $6,000 later it's like driving it off the lot again!

Makes me sad that I sold mine. Not because I miss that car....but because I miss having a stang! But I never would have sold it because I'm getting old or something like that....sold mine because it was a lemon.

I would also sell mine in a heartbeat for a cobra. I have the decision to sell or not coming up in a year or so, but for now, i'm just enjoying it and throwing more money into it.

My 97 Gt will be handed down to my son in 2 more years. Then Im going to find me a clean Cobra.
But I want a 96-98 Cobra, I love the 96-98 body style.

Thought about starting to look for a Cobra a couple weeks ago (wait, I actually did start looking for a Cobra) and then realized it would break my heart to give up my baby. She's here to stay.

I will never sell mine... she's a classic and has always been a head turner. With the supercharger she'll be even more of a hot bitch. I bought a Mazda 6i to take up the miles on my long daily drive. In a year or two I may buy a GT-500 (Cobra) but I will never sell "Wildfire". She's special.
