is my computer dead?

i have been having some intermittant missing problems since i completed my four cylinder conversion. and also have not been able to get the computer to give me the codes. i went the the fordfuelinjection.com no codes checklist yesterday and everything seemed fine. the only possible problem was i checked the resistance between 46 and 40/60 on the computer because best i could tell inside the comp was the only place they connected.
anyway i found no problems so does this meen my comp is dead?

What year is your injector harness? There is a recall that is supposed to fix your symptoms by adding a "jumper" harness. Mine also had this problem after the recall, I just cut and soldered every wire sealing with heat shrink.
